Team O’Neil Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Team O’Neil is aware that conflicts arise and you may have to reschedule a course. We ask for a minimum of 30 days notice to change your course date or request a refund. Within 30 days of your course, any changes or cancellations will result in forfeiting 50% of the course cost. Within 7 days customers forfeit 75% of the course cost. If a student does not arrive for their course unannounced, they will forfeit 100% of the cost of the course with no refund or credit.
Any payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% fee if refunded (due to charges from credit card providers even on refunded funds).
We are flexible if medical emergencies arise. At anytime if you have questions please contact us via email at in**@*******il.com or call our offices at 603-444-4488.
Course spots are also fully-transferable, students may notify Team O’Neil of a replacement by emailing in**@*******il.com at anytime prior to the beginning of their course with no cost or penalty.
Deposit Policy:
Team O’Neil does offer the ability to pay a 50% deposit when booking a course. The remaining 50% will come due 14 days in advance of the course date.
Team O’Neil Rally School reserves the right to change the terms of these policies at any time.
