Team O’Neil Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Team O’Neil is aware that conflicts arise and you may have to reschedule a course.
-If you notify us more than 30 days in advance of your course, you can reschedule at no cost, or receive a refund (minus 3% CC fee if you paid via CC).
-Less than 30 days in advance of your course we do not offer a refund, but you can reschedule your course date with a 10% rebooking fee.
-Within 7 days of your course we do not offer a refund, you can reschedule your course date with a 25% rebooking fee.
If you do not show up for your course, you forfeit your payment and course, no rescheduling or refunds offered.
Any payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% fee if refunded (due to charges from credit card providers even on refunded funds).
Gift certificates are non-refundable but transferable.

Course spots are also fully-transferable, students may notify Team O’Neil of a replacement by emailing in**@*******il.com at anytime prior to the beginning of their course with no cost or penalty.
Deposit Policy:
Team O’Neil does offer the ability to pay a 50% deposit when booking a course. The remaining 50% will come due 14 days in advance of the course date.
Team O’Neil Rally School reserves the right to change the terms of these policies at any time.
