Emergency Services Rally School
This three day course will take place at Team O’Neil Rally School in Dalton, NH on September 8-10, 2017. The course will include approximately 20 hours of training with an even mix of theoretical and practical training.
This course is rally-specific designed to give first responders and industry insiders an understanding of the unique scenarios that arise during rally racing. The course also serves as an excellent training opportunity for other types of motorsports as well. The course is designed to cover BLS (basic life support) experience and give participants a hands-on feel for dealing with the cars. The program is designed to be a “train the trainer” format and will be delivered in a “best practices” manner. Practical sessions will mirror classroom sessions with scenario based training.
Instruction is provided onsite at the Team O’Neil facility by Roadway Rescue led by David Dalrymple. David has been actively involved with emergency services for over 30 years including a long history of fire/rescue for North American rallies. Dave has developed and delivered educational seminars around the world on transportation and rescue topics.
